- Campaign performance data — deliverability, opens, clicks, and replies generated by your outreach.

- To deliver, manage, and report on your investor-outreach campaigns.
- To research and match relevant investors and prepare outreach in your voice.
- To operate billing, provide support, and communicate about your account.
- To maintain deliverability, prevent abuse, and improve our service.

3. Investor data
To run campaigns we process business-contact information about investors (such as names, firms, and professional email addresses) drawn from public and licensed sources. We act as a data processor for outreach you approve, and we apply suppression lists, opt-out handling, and list hygiene as part of the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate (email infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, hosting), under contract.
- Recipients you approve — the investors your campaign is sent to, on your behalf.

We retain campaign and account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time, subject to records we must keep.
